Frequent Eating...how often is that?       10/15/21 09:45 AM Edit Reply Quote selick Reged: 10/13/21 Posts: 1 Loc: CA My husband recently got diagnosed with IBS-C, I have your book, IBS in the first year, and you talk about eating small meals frequently. How often is that? Right now he eats a small meal about every two hours. In the book it mentions that you are pretty much continually eating rice cakes or sourdough bread throughout the day. I wasn't sure if that was on top of eating frequent small meals. He has also gone from about 170 lbs and is now 138 lbs, so we are trying to figure out a way to help him gain weight back. Any suggestions on how to gain weight back? (He also has GERD) Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
