For some reason, it doesn't bother me. It's sold at health food stores and some supermarkets. If you want to try it, just use a miniscule amount at first with some soluble fibre to make sure you are okay with it. It contains ingredients that could bother you, but I have recommended it to some people with IBS and they have been okay with it so it may be worth a try if you are stable.
