Using a prokinetic medication or herb is typical in SIBO treatment. Since acacia fiber can regulate intestinal motility in IBS, do you think it can help as a motility agent, (prokinetic) for the small intestine in cases of SIBO? (I tend to be very sensitive to herbs and medications and don't respond well to the prokinetic medications or herbs.) Thank you! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
