Water, cranberry, lemon and apple cider vinegar drink for IBS?

Hello - there is no logical reason why this would help IBS at all. There is no soluble fiber food of any kind in there to help regulate motility, and there is nothing in any kind of fruit juice or vinegar that would have a calming action on the gut.

There may actually be enough fructose in the cranberry juice (especially if it's sweetened with high fructose corn syrup) to set off IBS symptoms, as fructose is a very poorly digested sugar. It can cause spasms, cramps, diarrhea, urgency if you are fructose intolerant or even if you just eat too much of it.

Acidic foods like lemon juice and vinegar don't typically aggravate IBS, but there is no reason they would actively help symptoms, either.

If you wanted to drink this and make it likely to help prevent/reduce IBS symptoms, the best bet would be to add a dose of your soluble fiber supplement right to it.
