My mornings too, are my hardest times. If fact if I can make it thru the first 2-3 hours in the morning, the rest of the day is relatively symptom free. My husband and I own a business and many mornings I struggle to get out to the car to ride the 1/2 hr trip into work. So often, my hubby will say, 'Why don't you just stay home this am and come in later?" However, like you, if I can at all move, it helps me to stay busy and keep my mind off how rotten I feel. And like you, I have access to the potty any time I want it. I'm still trying to figure out why my colon has such a hard time getting going in the mornings. If you ever figure it out, let me know...
