I have to admit we let Alex go to the party I feel some of this is my fault, because I have been working alot. I picked up shifts because I got paid more and we need the extra money with school starting soon.
I had Wednesday and Thursday off of work and will back there the next three days. Before my last two days off I had two days off in a three week peroid. I set limitations and boundaries with my kids and dad doesn't. Alex really needs struture and limitations to function normally.
I plan to sit down with Alex today and we are going to come up with list of what is expected of him and what the consquences will be. Hopfully getting him involved will help him realize I am serious about his behavior changing.
