Extreme Bloating       02/07/14 07:21 PM Edit Reply Quote Paleana Reged: 02/07/14 Posts: 1 Hi all- My name is Paleana and I was recently diagnosed with IBS last year. I am 21 years old and I just bought Heather's big Kahuna kit because I was so relieved to buy this kit. While I wait for my body to adjust to these tummy fibers and capsules I was wondering if any of you have found quicker ways to minimize bloating and distention? I have been stuck with this "5 month pregnancy" bloat for a couple weeks now. It's painful and uncomfortable and my clothes look absolutely ridiculous on me now. I need help!
