There are many people with IBS-D on the boards. You can get lots of help by asking questions here. However, you may get a better response if you post your questions to the IBS Diet board which you can select at the top of the page.
You can start by reading the information on this web site starting here paying particular attention to soluble fiber and insoluble fiber.
Also over the past decade there has been a clinically tested diet for functional bowel disorders that is 65-75% effective in reducing IBS symptoms such as diarrhea. You can read about this approach in the first three links in my signature.
