My daughter (who has Trisomy 18) is now 13 and my son is graduating high school. I'm trying to figure out a way to retire, but it's just not there yet. Our family is still enjoying all the great IBS recipes. Here in Houston we've just started off the Livestock Show and Rodeo with the world famous barbecue cook-off competition (and probably a pretty good beer drinking and tall tales competition as well). If any of you know where Reliant Stadium is or have seen it on TV that's where the action is. I'm not sure how IBS-friendly the barbecue is because I've never really tasted any at the cookoff. ...
