Everyone is different,not everyone gets better on the EFI diet,though some think it is THE ONLY thing that works. It's not,but it did for me and I recommend it to others all the time.I have talked to many who did not find help on EFI. Great community here though so keep sharing. If you are finding relief and good results than go for it.
