IBS and Back Pain?       08/10/10 07:04 PM Edit Reply Quote MamaCat Reged: 04/09/06 Posts: 52 Loc: NJ Wondering if you can help... I suffer from chronic IBS (D) and lately, I've been experiencing strong lower back pain. I'm in the middle of a flare, but I'm now doing the "What to eat when you can't eat" diet to calm my digestive system down. Yet, my back is still in pain.
