Illness partially solved / need ideas for low calorie recipes       04/15/09 06:07 PM Edit Reply Quote ag5t Reged: 03/11/03 Posts: 36 Loc: Houston, Texas In late February of this year, I had some weird episodes of my body going numb and my speech getting slurred. At first everyone thought it was some type of stroke. After many tests it seems I had a partial blockage in a carotid artery. -- One of the results is that I am on an 1,800 calorie per day diet. I'm wondering what are some IBS-safe recipes that are also low calorie. I can browse the recipe index, but if anyone knows any right away, let me know. Thanks.
