Hi Sharon.... Sorry I didn't see your post sooner. I've had a horrible headache yesterday and today. Didn't get much sleep last night because of it.
Sorry you are having such a rough time. I had the "tremors" when I was on Effexor, but never with Lexapro.
As for the insomnia....My husband and I love these CDs called "Solitudes" by Dan Gibson. He has a wide variety of Instrumental CDs available that combine the sounds of nature with soothing music. You can also download a lot of his CDs on iTunes. It is sooooo relaxing. Might help you get to sleep.
Another thing to remember is to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
