I have sister in law who had similar troubles. Without getting too personal, did you ever have the endometrosis removed? She had a procedure done to remove it and always felt better afterwards, but it always came back. And then she'd have the procedure done again. I don't believe it's something that ever really goes away- so your pain can continue. I don't want to scare you, but after having her 3 children and being in her early 40's- last year she had a per. that was so bad she went to the emerg. room because of the amount of bleeding. She ended up having a partial hysterectomy because they told her it would continue. She only chose this option because she knew she was done having children. I'm not encouraging self-diagnosis, but I would see a doctor and don't take "it's nothing" as an answer!
