A. is right! Doctors have seen it ALL! It's embarrassing at first, but most doctors will put you at ease & help you to understand that it's ok. You might be more comfortable with a female doc, I am, my GI doc is a woman. My reg doc is a man & sometimes I have to see him in emergencies when my GI isn't available. And he's really good looking! So I completely understand being embarrassed about it! We all do! Trust me, most of us on this site have been poked & prodded & examined in alllllll sorts of ways. It gets less embarrassing each time (for me anyway). As for fiber & exercise, I've found that walking at a fast pace for about 20-30 mins really helps to get things moving for me.
