Okay well I am only 14 years old and I have suffered with IBS since I was only a baby. I am absolutely FULL! My mum has tried everything but there is NO movement. It is so tough being my age and having this problem. I get so upset and I just want to get it fixed so I don't have to put up with the kids at school anymore! Somedays my stomach is so big I look prego. Now and then my left side bloats really bad and it hurts. My stomach is always making weird noises and I get a lot of internal gas. But the most embarressing part of it all is my bum muscles don't work properly, they don't open and close like normal. So stuff actually comes out. Someone please tell me I am not completely abnormal! And if you could recommened anything I could do to help it. At the moment I am on Parachoc, Inner Health Plus, Magnesium and Sennesoft Laxatives. Would a strict fibre diet or more exercise be at all helpful?
