Thanks so much LittleLisa for your words of wisdom. My hysterectomy took place when I was 38, am now 39. I was already having symptoms of early menopause before surgery, so my gut instinct is that I don't need the hormones...I hope I'm right. But, hey, after already feeling somewhat better after being off for only 6 days I think it's worth a try. Like I told my mom when I tried going off once before...if God meant for me to have a hysterectomy, isn't it possible He was trying to tell me something about the hormones? I mean, if He made it possible for the doctors and the situation to remove all the parts that make the hormones, shouldn't I be OK without them. I've also read that your body isn't totally without hormones, just less of them. Our bodies find other sources for the amount of hormones it requires. Maybe mine just doesn't require much. I don't know...I think I'm getting a little too deep with all this rambling. Sorry. Thanks for listening. {{{hugs}}} Best of luck to you as you enter menopause.
