No one can maintain all the time. If you need a week to wig out, take it. Heck, I wig out pretty regularly. Once a month or so. I know it's just hormones for me, but I've told my husband that if he blames it on that time of the month, I'll promptly punch him in the face. Not that I want to hit him, it's just when the hormones are flying, sometimes I think I do.
