When you are at this particular level of sensitivity it seems all you can do is continue doing what you are doing (following the strictest diet). It's apparent that you are a regular poster here so you probably already know this....are you taking probiotics right now? They seemed to help me a little when I was as sick as you are. Also, meditation (different than hypnosis) helped to settle my mind which of course feeds our IBS problems. Also my best friend became the baked potato with egg beaters on top. Anything to help plug things up that is still healthy for you. I wish I oould give you a big hug because my heart is so with you right now. I will check to see if you have an email so I can share a bit more with you offline.
