Hey there,
You poor thing, that sounds awful!
Do you think you have a stomach flu or something? Throwing up and a fever don't sound like run of the mill IBS things to me..
You should definitely just relax and take care of yourself. Drink lots of fluids, and keep an eye on that fever!
Hope you feel better soon, and it doesn't ruin your weekend completely!
Do you have any good movies to watch or anything?
I am not as bad of as you today but my Aunt Flo is here and she's doing a number to my insides, so I think I might curl up at watch a movie.
Have you seen that movie, "Waiting..." about working in restaurants? It was recommended to me, so I might watch that.
