My last neighbors liked to fight at 3am in the morning. Luckily we had a "courtesy patrol" who would call the police for me. The police came out 3 times to make sure everything was okay. I would definitly talk to your landlord. I'm sure in your lease that you signed, there was probably something about keeping the noise at a tolerable level. Although come to think of it, I'm not sure if my current renting condo lease has anything written about that. Guess a noise complaint is easier to deal with in an apartment complex. Tell your landlord that you can deal with uncontrollable noise (occasional thumps against the wall, babies crying, etc.) but its the controllable ones that cause an issue for you. Maybe also tell your landlord that the neighbors are welcome to turn their radio on and come listen in your part of the house so they can see how loud it is. This looks like you're trying to end the dispute peacefully. If your landlord doesn't do anything, just call the police and explain that you're worried there might be a domestic dispute going on with all the noise you're hearing.
