But, give me one bite of ice cream and you won't see me for a month. But, it took a long time of getting myself stable to be able to indulge as I do. Being twenty one I party every weekend, and am usually ok, but I know that I am the rare IBSer in this way. BUT, I stay away from beer, that is instant sickness. Oh, how do I miss beer.. I also can feel ill from rum it seems, but sometimes I take the chance. usually if istick to about two shots I am ok on them. Soco and lime is usually what my friends get. I got sick from a magerita not too long ago, but it was on an empty stomach and I had alot of edamame without enough Soluble fiber the night before. Cape cod? isn't that vodka and cranberry? That is what I get anytime I go out to the bar. Safest drink for me. At home, I either put vodka in RX stress Arizona ice tea (caffeine free), or drink white wine (chardonnay or pinot grigio). I always make sure I eat before I drink, and something that does not have much insoluble fiber or veggies. Sometimes I will make it a soft pretzel for dinner if I am extra cautious. Anytime I get sick from alcohol though, it is D, and I know you said you are a C, so I do not know if those were good suggestions for you.
