After talking to you a few days before you really sounded out of it - so I'm glad you could still have fun. I say this partially out of admiration and partially out of sheer confoundedness though! I felt bad for you when you said it was gonna be your birthday and you were still feeling so lousy - but I'm glad you could make the best of it! So it wasn't safe and all - as you seemed to express - "safe, schmafe!" birthdays are quality of life occasions and a girl has to have her priorities! I think sometime soon here we should find another such occasion (even if we have to make one up) and go have a drink or two somewhere in town!
