It's great being "normal," ain't it?
Listen, there will be times when you'll get an attack out of the blue -- it happens -- but IT PASSES, and I can always figure out what I did to cause it. I get to feeling real good, and assume I can go to ihop and get pancakes with real butter and it won't bother me, and then when I get home, BAM! But it passes, and I know not to do it again (until next time).
You have the courage, Janey, and hopefully you have more will power than I, but if not, remember, it's only temporary. You know what to do now, and how to take care of yourself, and that's the important thing.
