It could have been worse it could have been alive. YIKES I hate rats and mice. In our old house we had a mouse problem one winter. These were brave mice to. Thaey would run around the living room while I was watching TV. Of course DH was NEVER home when they did it. We finnaly caught them all on Christmas Eve. Santa was good to us that year. We found the hole they got in through fixed it and never had another problem.
