BL I do eat well and that is what is so frusating for me. It has been over a year since I've had pain this bad. My doctor asked me if I have been doing anything different too. The only thing different is my job change and I don't find the job stressful.
I have chicken breast and rice cooking in the oven right now and will try eating it. Crackers and toast can get boring after awhile.
Thanks for your concern about my eating. Also my doctor didn't mention an ulcer to me.
