Actually this thread is for positive stories - but will try to address your questions - I also responded to one of your other 10 posts - so hopefully you will get other responses there as well.
In response to your questions/comments:

IBS is not technically a 'disease' but rather a symdrome - it is functional in nature and you can read more about it in the home section of this website - just click on the top link on the left to read about IBS.

Again, there are several treatments mentioned on this website: Diet, supplements, hypnosis/hypntherapy, and yoga - the links are on the left and fully explain each one.
Some people respond to modifying their diet, others take supplements - either along with a diet or alone, still others have found that hypnotherapy aids in their symptoms.
Also, how long have you had IBS - and how severe - these are factors to consider as well.
"What are the reasons of this Disease?"
There is no definitive cause, although there is a very strong brain-gut component to IBS - dysfunctional motility, pain, etc can be registered in the brain and miscommunicated to the gut and then this pattern is memorized, so to speak, and becomes a repeated pattern.
There have been some studies lately showing there may be inflamation in the gut - though most colonoscopies may not determine this in the IBS patient.
Do you have any idea about its cure?
There is no definitive cure, because people seem to keep trying different things and no one thing works for every single person - though some people do find themselves better with various things -
One research study has called hypnotherapy a "cure" but we hesitate to use that term. However, it does have the best track record with helping people because it is usually only tried as a last resort - and then this is the thing that works.
Most people go through a list of various diets, supplements, meds, etc before finding out what works best for them - what works for one person, may not for another, etc.
Supplements - some people find that peppermint capsules are helpful - you can read about them on this website.
