Hello friends,

It's been...well probably about 10 years since I've been a part of this community. So much has changed in my life, good and bad. I've had a relapse of my ibs and now am starting from scratch again and need help. I started the IBS Audio Program 100 for Irritable Bowel Syndrome Self-Hypnosis program again but have lost my schedule. Can anyone share with me?!? I just moved and can't find it. I also could use some advice.

ironically, the last time I asked a question, my husband and I were ready to take our honeymoon while my father was dying of cancer and was asking how to best not have an attack while on our European honeymoon. Everything actually went quite well and we had an amazing time. Shortly after our honeymoon, my father died and my husband was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure at 35. He passed away less than a year later. Needless to say, my IBS was spun out of control. I finally got it handled, but now, out of the blue, it has resurfaced.

What helped you all handle stress and heartache while still living? I feel like even when I eat everything that I'm "supposed" to eat, I still suffer attacks, unannounced and out of the blue.

Any advice?
