Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

I used to be an active member of this board almost ten years ago now. I haven't been around a lot recently as my IBS is stable, and life has been busy since the last time I logged in. Some highlights include getting promoted twice, getting married, travelling, having a baby, ending up with Post Partum Depression, recovering, leaving my full-time gig to spend more time with my son, and striking out on my own as an entrepreneur.

Right now I'm working on building a business as a Life Coach. I'm exploring possible niches as a coach, and I'm considering working with people with chronic health conditions. I've completed my training with Erickson College, and I'm well on my way to becoming fully accredited. It struck me that offering free coaching to the members on this board would be a way to build my hours, and give back to a community that helped me when I was desperate.

You're likely asking what coaching involves. Well, it's an advice free zone where a coach helps you figure out what's crucial to you, what you want, how to get it, and how to stay motivated via various exercises and asking well-crafted questions. I don't do advice (after all you know yourself best), but I will help you figure out where your resources are, and how to best use them.

It's a great way to process and integrate any significant change in your life, and help you get unstuck.

As a FYI I need to limit this to four people, and coaching usually costs around $55 per half hour.
