Re: Pain management - no dice       09/09/13 05:46 AM Edit Reply Quote SweetTony Reged: 11/17/10 Posts: 26 Loc: Maine Appreciate it. I already tried the FODMAP (5 months) and it didn't help much. Neither did Heather's IBS diet although both are obviously the way to go. I try to follow IBS diets as much as possible but it is depressing to do so because I feel like I am giving up so much and getting so little in return. I am going to try peppermint pills and tea again. Since the Dr. won't give me pain meds I am getting by with Advil. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
