Near Infrared Saunas Helpful?????       02/20/11 04:37 PM Edit Reply Quote hjane Reged: 01/21/11 Posts: 1 Loc: Newport Coast, CA I have had IBS-C for over 20 years and still battling. I know heat therapy works well for us, but I am considering investing in some sort of Near infrared sauna. Heating pads, and baths really provide comfort for me so... Wondering if I had access to my own sauna and used it daily, if that would really relax and help me. Has anyone purchased one of these? Has it helped? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
