IBS/PFD (Pelvic Floor Dysfunction)       08/20/10 04:11 AM Edit Reply Quote bdeibert Reged: 05/04/10 Posts: 3 I have never posted but have used Heather's products for what my Dr called IBS for 20 years plus. My IBS(D) story slowly grew over 20 years continued to be IBD all the time and all the available medications to treat; Lotronex, Lomotil, Percocet, Protonox, Depends etc. I finally was unable to work due uncontrollable fecal incontinence. In a normal day even with all the treatment I had 5 to 6 episodes a day. Without the medications it is more like 16 to 20 episodes a day. I was sent by my GI specialist as a referral to the Mayo Clinic. I may have IBS but what really is the killer is the fecal incontinence from nerve damage which occurred during child birth 30 years ago. I haven't seen much here on IBS/Pelvic Floor Dysfunction but there must be more than just a few. It affects urinary incontinence too. Who KNEW!!! Not all my pain was just from IBS.
