I think one of the main reasons is because I was completely cleaned out and I didn't feel like eating, and and started making alot less fatty food choices! There are a bunch of people on here that have lossed weight from the diet, but not everyone does! HTH -------------------- IBS-C, Gas, Bloating, HURTING! I'm married and it's so wonderful!
