Just a quick query, I was diagnosed with IBS 7 days ago, and was prescribed mebeverine, now I'm just wondering if any form of antispasmodics have a negative effect with IBS (Constipation) in that would it make me more constipated. I just tried to go to the toilet now, and despite feeling the need to go, only 1 small piece came out - which as I was going gave me tightish pains under and around my armpits as well as a bit of tingling down my arms. I had taken one of my tablets about an hour before going to the toilet
