Second, I wanted to share that I, too, have been shedding some extra pounds. I gained about 35/40 lbs during '06 and couldn't get rid of it for about a year. I've now lost 25 pounds and have another 25 to go. I feel better than I have in a long, long time and I can't wait to go buy some new pants! Mine are all falling off of me.
