It's been a hard day for me..... The nights of Nov 10th (PM) & 11th (early AM) which if you guys are not aware of is the anniversary dates of when I got robbed and stabbed years ago.... I have not mentioned it to anyone else (I know if on the minds of my family but they don't talk about it unless I do first). Shane is here with me... and he knows how I'm feeling today...and it totally suportive. Trust me.... I worked out a lot of frustration at the gym this morning thinking about it.

But, on a happier note......YES, we took the apartment upstairs.... it will be ready for us to move in on Wed. So, we will start boxing our crap up after work this week.... the movers will be here Sat afternoon to move all the boxes and big stuff. The view is outstanding...I mean ours is great now being on the 2nd floor, but on the 3rd we can totally see the beach without the roof of the building in front of us being in the picture. So, if I don't post for a few days... ya'll will know why.... gonna be busy busy busier!!

Gym: 14 mins stretching of legs, then "TKB" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end) worked out 1 hour + 14 mins, burned 654 calories at 35% fat.
