So, what about intensity? You say you haven't been able to have an intense sweaty workout for a while, but you also say that a stationary bike gives a good type of exercise. But then how much resistance do you use, for how long do you do it and how many RPM? Or maybe more importantly, at what pulse level do you do it?

Walking is fine for me, but with the shape I'm in even a few minutes on an exercise bike on medium intensity gets my pulse up high and it's a real workout for my legs...

I hope I will get good help with my sphincter problem and that I will get it soon. Since it's hard for me to hold back a BM it's always stressful to try new things and I tend to not leave the apartment for a few days since I get scared of accidents. It would really help a lot to be able to trust the sphincter...
