i have tried the acacia powder and the fennel tea bags. the acacia works well for symptoms like cramping and bloating if you take it in the morning-time. not sure how it would work for someone with D. im a C.

the ginger tea is really strong, but i hear/read that it works well. if you use it as a part of your diet (1-2 cups a day) i think it will work better in relieving some pains due to ibs. i drank it at most 4 continuous days and just felt "lighter"..less bloated. best to drink it when its hot! otherwise it loses it appeal
