First of all I just have to say I am super chubby right now. I had been running then went on vacation for 5 days and seemed to blow up and atrophy in that time. I am so hungry lately too- no wait, I'm not really hungry but some of the time I just want to eat anyway.
So, I went to the doctor last week and had a fasting cholesterol test and it was good. I also asked my doctor about the rash I get on my legs when exercising. I brought that up here some time back. My doctor said it is exercise urticaria or hives. some people are allergic to exercise. But mine is a mild case and can be alleviated by antihistamines before working out. I wanted to post this diagnosis in case anyone else gets hives from exercise.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
