Is there such thing as a Fitness and IBS guide? I didn't find too much on this website or when I did a search, but am I just missing it?

I was thinking of compiling a sort of guide to how to workout 'safely' with IBS. IE: how to start exercising more even when in pain, not being able to eat, having D attacks etc. How to use food to help you workout and see results all while keeping the tummy happy. Would anyone be interested in this?

Also if anyone wants to share personal stories about their trials and tribulations, what worked and what didn't in terms of exercising properly. What foods helped, what hurt, what caused attacks and so on.
