Cardio warm up       03/29/06 11:43 AM Edit Reply Quote Stephie Reged: 03/10/04 Posts: 2696 Loc: Vancouver, Canada Hey! Just wanted to stick my nose in here too... I was seeing a trainer a while back who trains a lot of real hardcore sports people, and she said to do the cardio at the end too BUT I still had to do 5-10 minutes (usually around 8) of cardio to warm up, then "dynamic stretching", then exercises, then cardio again at the end. I think you do have to warm your muscles up a little in the beginning, it's the serious cardio you do at the end.
