It is so utterly simple. There is the meditation first, in the lotus position. Then prostrations (Mountain into flat on your stomach on the floor with a few steps in between), then 5 poses. Some of the poses have more than one step. Some of them are physically demanding. Works your abs, arms, back, legs, the whole body really. You can repeat each step up to 21 times, but no more. Tibetans have a thing with 21. Then, when you're done the five steps, you go back into lotus and breathe. Mmmmmm! Done in less than 20 minutes!!!! LOVE IT!
