okay, there is a lot of chocolate around. three kinds of dove chocolate at work, kisses, m&m's and more at home... add to that the fact that i'm upping my SFS and dietary IF so i'm a little gassy, anyway. so for gas, but even more for the fact that, hey, lest i forget, i'm trying to lose weight, i hereby pledge that, tomorrow, i am eating no chocolate. one day at a time - and i know making the promise here helps me stick to it. so, there's that. no. more. chocolate.
