No rice milk. No yogurt (it's not JUST about acidity...) Kefir might be a good idea. I will find out if it is safe. I cannot buy imagine soups. They have cellery and onion and things. I can't really have salt either however sodium bicarbonate helps. No oats...so no store bought green drinks. I'm floundering. I think I'm allergic to white rice and brown rice I'm not sure...but I cannot stand the taste/texture (I was fond of drowning it with soy sauce...something I can no longer have.)
