Sunday report       01/08/06 03:08 PM Edit Reply Quote cailin Reged: 08/12/04 Posts: 3563 Loc: Dublin, Ireland Breakfast: weetabix Snacks: some wine gums, rice krispie square,pear, half cantaloupe melon Lunch: toasted tuna sandwich with cucumber and balsamic dressing Dinner: Chicken and vegetable stir fry, brown rice Calories: 1882 Exercise: 240 BMR: 2253 Argh I have been doing my sums wrong the last few days, I've been counting BMR + exercise as BMR so I have been double crediting myself, so to speak, for exercise, going to recalculate everything now Results: 611 more calories burned than eaten so within weight loss range and on target -------------------- S.
