Yesterday I did not eat enough during the day. I was out with a very good friend and did not plan well. Evening came around and I had a LONG phone conversation with my mother about my relationship troubles and the second I got off the phone I had a mindful snack that became a truly massive binge/purge session. I haven't done that since the summer. It felt aweful and all the sugar gave me a massive headache this morning. Needless to say I don't want to list what I ate, but I feel a need to share what happened. I feel so guilty about eating today, but being so hypoglycemic I have to.
