I'm bad with measuring out things, but this is pretty easy to make and I think it tastes really good. I use a small ice cream scoop or a soup spoon. Ingredients: - about 3 scoops of pumpkin puree (canned) - about 6 scoops of Vanilla Soy Dream "ice cream" (I find if I use double the amount of "ice cream" to pumpkin, I don't need to add sugar or a lot of the Rice Dream beverage.) - couple of splashes of plain Rice Dream - pumpkin pie spice, to taste Blend!
