I needed something to distract me, orally, from the tuna digesting itself in my body.

Do you have any highly digestible protein suggestions? Protein shakes are my friend!! I know it's an issue with you--especially with the rigorous wear and tear you put yourself through, daily at the gym as Shell Marr. I value your thoughts. Can you try and convince me that it's okay, that it's good for me? Tuna is a GREAT source!! It's just kind of spooky.
