Yup, let it rest for a bit. Walks would surely be ok but maybe go easy on the runs. You could probably do "pushing" motions with weights - anything for chest or triceps, shoulders might be iffy - but def. avoid anything for back and biceps. And if it hurts, don't do it. Never train a sore muscle. You'll just make it worse and then you'll be out of commission for longer.

Since you haven't pulled it seriously, it should just be a few days. Get lots of sleep and hold an ice pack to it for a while when you can. No worries about eating or anything - a few days will not set you back (So EAT! lol) It should be fine pretty soon, I wouldn't be too worried. If it's NOT, you might want to stop into a walk in clinic or something just in case, but I'm sure it will be... HTH!
