I'm glad you said you're going to contact your doc as that's what you need to do. BAsed on what you said we can't say either way I'm afraid. It could be IBS but it could not be.
Did you not have all the proper tests (colonoscopy etc) to diagnose an IBD? That's really scary if you were put on steroids w/out a proper dianosis.
And sort your diet out boyo! I know that kind of food is fun, but if you sort your diet out now, you'll thank yourself in 10 years time when you don't have the weight and health issues of your junk-eating contemporaries! That food is NOT good for sports, believe you me!
